What you are looking at is an extremely rare and unique car! As per SLP; This is a very rare optioned car. This is not a typical SLP Firehawk, as those were Formula based cars. The typical "run of the mill" Firehawk was a Firebird Formula based car with a "R6V" code in the options list which told the assembly line to pull the car and send it to SLP for up-fitting. The Pontiac/SLP partnership created the Firehawk package back in 1993. Cars with a specific code in the VIN were pulled from the assembly line and completed by SLP as a Firehawk. Most of these Firehawks were based on the Formula. HOWEVER, some actual TransAm based cars were also pulled from the assembly line for SLP to attribute the Firehawk package to also. These cars are extremely rare and were special order, (non-R6V code cars) not being what a typical dealership would have in stock. This car, #446, is one of those rare cars. And has also been verified by SLP and is in the SLP Registry. Now with only 6,296 miles! Also up-fitted by SLP was headers and a SUPERCHARGER! All upgrades to the car were done at SLP from the factory as the car was pulled from the assembly line and brought to SLP for the conversion. SLP modifications include: Vortech V1 supercharger kit, Centerforce clutch, MSD ignition system, MagnaFlow exhaust system, Hotchkis Performance anti-roll bar, Hurst shifter, and an engine bay mounted fuel gauge. November 2021 (6,091 miles): Spark plugs replaced, engine oil and filter changed, tires replaced with 275-40-17 Firestone Firehawk, distributor replaced, coolant flushed, driver's side window regulator replaced, two-wheel alignment performed, valve adjustment performed.
